Practice the Enhanced Pause this week

Good morning.

Happy Monday.

I was thinking, what could I give to you that might help you during the week?

So, this is called the Enhanced Pause.

What I'd like you to do is before responding to any external demand, take three deep breaths.

Then ask yourself these three questions.

  1. Is it truly urgent or does it just feel urgent?

  2. Am I responding from anxiety or from a centered place?

  3. What would serve my highest good right now?

Keep those in mind as you go through your day and your week.
