How being hugely uncomfortable has been good
Written 6/4/2024.
I haven’t been in my comfort zone for a while. This new space where I’m learning as I go, creating for events, doing things I haven’t done before is uncomfortable.
Hugely uncomfortable.
Sometimes I feel as if I have the sword of Damocles poised over my head. That the string will be cut and it will come plunging down into my heart. [I’ve talked about this in a prior post.]
That’s okay.
I feel the need to do what I’m doing. It will work out one way or another. The amazing thing is that even if it doesn’t, it will still be okay.
Part of living is realizing that we have the ability to fix things that get screwed up. As an entrepreneur, it’s part of the contract.
When you start a new venture and feel uncomfortable or like something will blow up, remember all the times when things have blown up in the past. You got through them. Most likely you went into overdrive and did what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Most of the time for the better.
You WILL need to zig and zag. You’ve done it before; you can do it again. I believe in you. Please help me by believing in me.
Blessings,
Robert
