Still Recovering from the Weekend

Today was a Monday. You know, one of those days where you know you did work, but it doesn’t seem like you accomplished anything?
Yup.
I’m still a little loopy from the long drive I did over the past 3 days. I did sleep well last night and actually reset my alarm for 2 hours later than usual just to make sure I got more sleep.
Then there was yoga tonight.
It was more that I got sick last Monday night, so haven’t been to the gym for a week. It’s hard getting back in the swing of things. Dragging my butt to the gym for a 5:30 pm yoga session wasn’t fun, but necessary. The instructor, Tracy, is awesome and her sessions are challenging.
Time to get back to the routine.
The grind matters, both in my personal and professional life. Love the grind and everything will work out.
