He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
Written 3/31/2024. Easter for most people of the world.
Today is always an exciting day, so much anticipation and good energy. Christians around the world celebrate Jesus coming back from the dead.
If one person can conquer death, then we all can.
This week has been one of contemplation of Jesus. Do I believe in Him? Is there any doubt that He is real and does exist?
When I thought about the above lines, I did a gut check, then a head check to see where I was with Jesus.
The answer is I believe in Him. I’m at 100%. No doubt in my mind.
Some of you will be saying, “he’s crazy, how can you believe in someone/something you’ve never seen?”
That’s where non-believers get it wrong.
Very wrong.
Go to any church in the world and talk to some of the leaders or elders or active members of the church and ask them whether they’ve had a direct experience of God in their lives.
Many will say yes.
I’ve met Jesus in my life. I’ve used his name to cast out demons.
No, I’ve never talked about this before. Mostly because 90% of people will think I’m a nut job.
I probably am.
That said, if you’ve met a person, you no longer need faith, much like having faith that snow exists (if you are from a tropical climate) and waking up and actually seeing it.
It’s the same thing. Jesus is real. Millions of people have had a personal experience with Him. You can deny Him all you want, but that doesn’t make it less of a reality.
So yes, I know Jesus is real. I really don’t care about all of the BS people throw up about whether he was married to Mary Magdelene, was the resurrection of his corporeal body or subtle body, or many other items both believers and non-believers talk about to obfuscate the obvious.
If you ask Him into your heart. He’ll come. You will feel Him. You will have a direct experience with Him and His love for you. I don’t have to convince you that he’s real. If you believe and truly seek Him. He will show up for you. If not today, then in the future.
That’s all I have for tonight.
God bless each and every one of you.
Robert
